Alvin YH Cheung practised as a barrister in Hong Kong between 2010 and 2013 and has written and spoken extensively about the territory’s constitutional and legal developments for over a decade. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law in Canada, and a Non-Resident Affiliate of NYU’s US-Asia Law Institute.
