Iryna Zaverukha is a lecturer in law at the University of Southern California’s (USC) Gould School of Law. She is also an adjunct associate professor of law at Southwestern Law School. She earned her J.D. from Ivan Franko L’viv National University (LNU); LL.M. from USC Gould; Ph.D. from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University; and S.J.D. from the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. She has taught Public International Law and International Criminal Law at LNU, Ukrainian Catholic University and Kuwait International Law School. She served as Deputy Dean of the Law School and, later, as Chair of the Administrative and Financial Law Department, at L’viv National University in Ukraine,
