Dr Tymur Korotkyi is Vice-President of the Ukrainian Association of International Law, an Adviser to the President of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine on International Humanitarian Law, and a Member of the Commission on Legal Reform.

Dr Nataliia Hendel is a research fellow at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.

Yaroslava Savchenko is a PhD student at the Institute of Information, Security and Law of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
